To Remedy this Issue: - Click on the Start button and then click on My Computer. - Double-click on Local Disk (C:) - Double-click on the Program Files folder, and then Double-click on Common Files. - Double-click Installshield, then Double-click Professional, and finally Double-click RunTime. - Locate the 0700 and/or 0701 folders (you may have both folders or just one of them). - Right-click on the Folder and select Rename - Type in a new name for each folder, such as "0700_backup" and/or "0701_backup", and then press Enter--This renames the folder(s) - Re-insert "ONE" Disk 1 and run the setup again.
