There are two ways that you could do this.
1. The easiest method is to use the mouse and click on the sheet you would like to move. Hold the mouse button down and drag the sheet to the position that you would like with respect to the other sheets.
2. The second method is to right click the sheet that you want to move and select Move/Copy Sheet, choose the sheet you want to move it before and click OK.
