For security reasons, these activation keys are time sensitive. From the time they are generated, they must be used within a 2 day time period in order to work. Thus, if we send you an e-mail with the keys on a Friday but you do not activate the program until Monday, it is possible that these keys will not work. If this happens, then please repeat the activation process to get new, working activation keys; if you are activating via e-mail or fax, please include in your activation a brief not telling us that the keys we sent you don't work (this is important because we need to know that the activation keys which you are requesting are replacement keys and we should thus not count them as a new unlock/registration).
