If Omni-Mail has become corrupted, you may encounter the following error when clicking on any e-mail or trying to send out an e-mail:
Error 1016: Can't open 'mail_message.MYI'
(errno: 145).
To fix this problem and repair Omni-Mail:
1. Download the attachment DataRepair.exe below and save it to C:\Program Files\e-press\ONE.
2. Ensure that Omni-Mail is shut down.
3.
Double click on DataRepair.exe to run the repair.
4. Open
Omni-Mail and check if the problems are fixed.
